After you went to settings bluetooth and then powered the keyboard on did you press the bluetooth connect button to get it in to pairing mode? Next it says on the website that you have to select one of the blinking keys at the top of the keyboard. I am guessing that this is the number row or the function keys. After this double tap on the device you want to pair. After that enter the pin code then press enter to pair the keyboard.
