Hi, this is what I use. youTube to MP3 converter http://www.youtube-mp3.org
Once you have your youTube url, paste it on that webpage and hit convert. It only takes a few seconds, then your mp3 file is ready to download. One thing to note here, when I use that site, I turn off Open "safe" files after downloading. This way the files go into my downloads location, and not automatically open in iTunes.
