I think it sounds like the people who were doing a good job over year ago must have been let go, it's to bad, as I have been speaking with one of their app development team members for 8 months and he has done a fantastic job improving accessibility for VoiceOver on the iPhone side, but everything he has passed along to the web side seems to get ignored.
