Well, the other guys had a free service. Where are they now? I'll tell you where they are. they're broke! The unfortunate fact here is anyone offering a service like this, using apps, servers, etc. will have to have some kind of business model to keep them afloat. Hence someone has to pay for it some how. You can't always count on subsidies or grants to keep a business going. I assume this group has some people on staff working full or part time. Those people need to eat and pay rent...
