Hi, Further to what Alex has said, you can see your list of contacts by interacting with the table on the left, focusing on contacts, uninteract and move to the right with vo right arrow. Keep doing this until you find your list of contacts. That's how I do it anyway. There's no short cut for answering a call which is a shame, but there is for hanging up (command shift h).
