Hi,

Combo-boxes work best when you press return on the item, then just arrow key 
down through the options and right if you need to go to a sub-menu.  There are 
quite a few times when using ChromeVox that this sort of interaction works 
best.  I tend to leave both VO and CV on as it's easier to slip back and forth 
between apps and access menus.  I just hit the ctrl key to tell either to "be 
quiet" when they're fighting with each other.
