I have the newest Skype running on an iPad 2 under IOS 7.1.1. I find it simple, easy to use and a lot less cluttered than the last few versions. I can even use the keypad now and don't seem to have any problems with voicemail not playing. The Main Menu is easy to navigate, and ... Yeah. Get it.
