Hi,

Not sure if I totally understand. Items purchased through the iTunes Store are
automatically kept in the Cloud as well as on your machine if you choose to
download them. Items that you've imported into iTunes can be backed up using
any method you like including Time Machine, Carbonite or some sort of cloning
solution like Super Duper. Backing up to your iCloud storage may be possible
but that would depend on your level of iCloud storage. This method though
would not be necessarily an automated one as you'd need to copy music there
manually.

In my case, I use iTunes Match which copies my entire iTunes music library up
to iCloud and I use a combination of Time Machine and Carbonite to backup the
other media such as movies and TV shows that I've ripped and imported into
iTunes.

Hope this is what you were looking for.
