Hi,

I've yet to figure out how to do this using VO.  In the sighted user world, 
they just drag the signature from one table to the other and life is good.  VO 
doesn't seem to be able to manage that properly.  I've worked around it by 
copying the text of the specific signature, going back to the All Signatures 
table, navigating to my desired account, pressing the Add New Signature button, 
pasting the text and giving it a name for the specific Mail account.  Certainly 
not the most efficient way to work, but it's the best I can offer at this time.
