Hi there I have gotten to where when I want to update my computer that I always wait until I have time to babysit my computer. This is so I won't get any surprises the next day like you did. It just so happens that I set my keychain password to be the same thing is my Apple ID so that is what unlikely that I will forget what it is. Some people say you shouldn't do that, but I don't want to password myself so much that I protect my computer against me. Sincerely, Gigi
