Just curious, I took a look. It's not the server certificate that's the problem, it's that it's requesting client TLS authentication, which is obviously broken if it's meant to be public-access. Unfortunately Safari on OS X insists that you make a choice, regardless of whether or not you even have a qualifying certificate.
