OffCom regulates communications  in the UK. They are looking for responses on 
whether they should make it compulsory for manufacturers to make all electronic 
programme guides speak.  I know most of you are not in the UK, but, like the 
business with the Kindle and other e-readers and the FCC, there will inevitably 
be knock--on effects for all of us, no matter where we live.

OffCom have assured me they welcome contributions from outside the UK.
