Generally it's a poor idea to run VoiceOver while in a virtual machine
of any kind. While you're using the VM,, hit command+F5 to disable
Voiceover, then hit command+ctrl+F to turn the Window into a full
screen.
When you're ready to return to the Mac, press command+ctrl together to
release input to the VM, then hit command+F5 to reactivate Voiceover.
