No. Just make sure that, when the tech installs the thing, he either changes
your wireless password to one that you come up with or else shows you how to
find it yourself. I'll give you a couple of tips now.
1. Go in to your browser once the modem is installed and type in this URL IP
address exactly:
10.0.0.1
Now, enter the credentials required. Your installer should be able to inform
you of what they are. ON the page, click on the wireless settings. There's
an edit button you can press and when you do, this will open up the area where
you can view the default wireless WPA password or else set up a new one. Note
this. IF you change your WPA password, and you need to have tech support
remotely restart your modem in such a way that it reinitializes, you will need
to know how to locate and read out your default wireless password and enter
that one in to the devices you want then to connect. OF course, you can always
change it afterward.
