If VoiceOver becomes disabled on your Apple TV, you can use these steps to enable VoiceOver again. Press and hold the Menu button for five (5) seconds. This will return you to the main menu screen of the Apple TV. Press the Down button one time. This ensures that you are at the top-level of the menu. Press the Right button until you hear a Stop or "Bonk" sound; you are on the Settings menu. Press the Up button until you hear the Stop sound indicating you are at the first menu item; this is the General menu. Press the Select button. Press the Down until you hear the Stop sound. Press the Up button two times. You should be on the Accessibility menu. Then press the Select button twice. This will select VoiceOver and enable it. You should hear VoiceOver become active.
