Use stationery in messages

Add a personal touch to a message by using stationery. For example, use the
Lunch stationery to make a message look like a printed invitation.

Open Mail
<x-help-script://com.apple.machelp/scpt/OpnAppBndID.scpt?open,com.apple.mail>

   1. In the New Message window, click the Stationery icon in the toolbar.
   2. View template choices by clicking a category, such as Announcements.
   3. Click a thumbnail to choose a template.

After you decide on a template, click the Stationery icon again to hide
   the template categories.
   4. Type over placeholder text, and drag your own images over placeholder
   images (if present).
      -

If you use Aperture, iPhoto, or Photo Booth, click the photo browser
icon in the toolbar to see images from those apps.
      -

Drag a folder of images onto the photo browser to easily access them.
      -

If an image is larger than a placeholder, double-click the image to
display a slider for zooming in on the image. Or drag the image around to
      show an area.

To switch templates, click another thumbnail. To remove a template from
your message, click the Original thumbnail in the Stationery category.
Text, images, or formatting you added is retained.

To create a template, format text and add images in a new message, then
choose File > Save as Stationery. Your stationery appears in the Custom
category.
