Hi Yuma,

The command to expand (or collapse) folders and lists is (on an  
English input keyboard) VO-Backslash, where the backslash key is the  
rightmost key just above the return key and below the delete key.   
This is one of the keystroke combinations that doesn't travel well to  
other input language keyboards,  so instead (in Leopard and above) you  
can bring up the "Commands" menu with Control Option H twice (hold  
down the VO keys and tap the "H" key two times).  Then choose the menu  
command for "Toggle disclosure triangle" to expand or collapse.
