Downcast and Overcast are the two most popular, but of course Apple has a free app simply called Podcasts. Apple's offering lacks some nice features, but it is free and is good enough for many users. If you are interested in the other two, www.applevis.com has a nice podcast on the new Overcast app, with a section on how it compares to Downcast.
