Hi all, I have a friend who wants to use his old dell wireless keyboard because it is far more tactile than modern keyboards and has a 150 ft range using radio frequency. He has a question that I don't know the answer to. Can he program the extra buttons on his keyboard? The media controls work already, but the buttons he used on his pc for opening internet, mail, my computer and so on are dead. Can I use karabiner or the built in keyboard shortcuts feature to program these extra buttons the way he wants them?
Also, I already installed karabiner on his mac. Can I map the applications key to the right command key? I can talk him through anything I know on the mac over the phone, but I don't have access to his keyboard. So, I can't experiment on my own. Thanks for any help.
