Hi, If you want to open them in iPhoto, then open the contextual menu (VO-shift-m) when on the file and choose "Open With" and iPhoto from this menu. Alternatively, you could use the Get Info window to tell all jpg's to open with iPhoto and/or go into iPhoto first, then import the folder into your iPhoto Library for manipulation.
