Well, you should just transmit audio from safari to your system and it should work without vo playing through it. I've always used an airport express for this, so if your system has built-in airplay than there might be some issue that I don't know about. I'm just guessing about that so don't take that as fact. It really should work. Might just be a volume issue. You can increase the volume with command-up.
The short answer is that I don't know. Hopefully I said something useful though. I want voiceover to continue to play through the bose speakers that I have connected via the headphone jack on my Macbook air. Currently when I tell airfoil to transmit audio from safari to my Bowers, and Wilkins system, from anything that I am watching in Safari, I here no change. However, if I transmit the system audio, everything including voiceover comes through the Bowers and Wilkins system. How would I configure this properly? > On Aug 30, 2014, at 10:54 AM, Barry Hadder <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hello, > > You need airfoil. https://www.rogueamoeba.com/airfoil/. > > On Aug 30, 2014, at 10:23 AM, Justin Mann <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi all, > > I've just purchased an airplay system the bows and wilkins z2, and so far so > good.
