Hi Jeff.
I think fan control is in system preferences. Go to the Doc with VO D, or go to 
spotlight with VO space and type system preferences.
VO right until you hear "Preference pains, scroll area"
Interact with VO shift down arrow and start to type in fan control/. Press VO 
space and stop interacting.
You'll see the window for the fan control preference pain.
