If you are talking about logging in, there is an autologin that can be enabled 
though it would be considered a security risk. You would have to choose which 
user gets the autologin though. You may have to enable this in Security before 
you can change it in Users and Groups.

You also can have your users show in the login screen and then you only choose 
the user and type in the password for that user. This option is, I believe, 
also found in the Users and Groups pane of System Preferences.
