Hello,
Go to System Preferences and once in there, go to Bluetooth. Once there, find 
the table listing your bluetooth devices. Then, find your keyboard in the list, 
and press VO Shift M. Then, go down until you see the "Rename" option and press 
return. This will allow you to rename it.
