Hi,

It's been a while since I've set one up, so, hopefully I'm not missing anything
here.

If your Apple TV is brand new out of the box, or if it has been reset to
Factory defaults, then plug in your HDMI cable into whatever piece of equipment
you wish it connected through followed by plugging in the power cord. The
Apple TV will get to a point where it asks you about choosing a language. At
this point, you should be able to triple -click the Select button (centre of
the big button on the remote) and VO will start talking. Once VO is on, you're
able to do the entire setup on your own. If it is a second hand Apple TV, it
can be done, it just takes a little more work.

Later...
