My understanding is that it will automatically use descriptions when available. 
How it knows if they are or not, or where you would obtain the tracks that 
support this, I have no idea. My personal pipe dream is that this indicates an 
upcoming flood of described content on iTunes. It won't happen, most likely, 
but you never know. I remain ever hopeful!
