Hi I finally got online at the redemption page. Got a new code. This time there was no redeem button. I did read that it did start the download automatically. How can I tell if it is downloading without fear of losing the redeem page I am on? How is redemption possible? Any suggestions for this rookie would be appreciated. Regards Janine
