Hi Dean You said that you were on the phone with Accessibility and they couldn't help you with the user guide for the iPhone. There is a problem with the web page; maybe it's being updated or something. I couldn't get it to work either. However, because I help sponsor a VoiceOver group here in Dallas, I put on my computer the IOS user guide for IOS 7. I can send that to you if that would help. Then there is a Tips choice on the home screen in IOS 8 that gives update information for IOS 8.
