Hi! OK when you've got the language you should find it with VO+command+arrows, left and right to move through options and up or down to switch and if you leave the rota on that option switching should be quite quick! Another option I saw in an old post is to set up an activity to have everything in the language of your choice so you could look at that option! HTH Colin
