I have tried four times, using two different WiFi connections to download the latest Adobe reader. I last tried one of the "direct download" links offered on their troubleshooting page. The first two times I got a message about an error being encountered. The third and fourth times, I got to the point where it asked about my preference for automatic updates, and there was a "next" button, which I activated. It then said next empty button. And just froze. Java is enabled as they say it should be. My WiFi connection is stable. Does anyone know if the latest version has been problematic to download? Please help. Christine
