I used to have AT&T U-verse here in my home. When I had it, the answer was more no then yes. But, I understand from a friend who actually still has a virus in his home, that the universal remote app on the iPhone is actually quite accessible with U-verse. I think it's called easy remote. With that, you should be able to find shows read the guide at Cetra pretty well successfully.
