Hi, The answer is yes and no. I think that there's an issue with the placement of apps and their ability to be moved with VO. At least for me, items in the fifth row don't like to be moved with the VO gestures. Try the same gesture in the fourth row and it works. My work around so far is to move something from the fourth to the fifth which will consequently move the first item on the fifth row up to the fourth row. Do that enough times and the item you wish to manipulate should end up in the fourth row and you should then be able to do something with it in your regular VO way.
