Usually, the buy now with one click button is just off to the right of the label for that button. The way they've gone and changed it, the buttons have very graphic numerical sounding labels sometimes so you have to watch that you don't pass over it accidentally. Also, it helps to have Safari preferences so set that you navigate all images.
