I am fairly confident that there is no AppleScript terminology to change the output destination. The output word is used in VoiceOver terminology to output a string to they synthesizer. You might be able to use one of the sound manipulation programs like AirFoil or Audio HiJack to change the output, but I believe the output for VoiceOver is associated with the system and not the VoiceOver application.
