Well every online banking set up is a little different, but I know my CIBC one lets me import all my statements for the last 6 months into either excell, quickbooks or simply accounting,. It's really powerful, and so while I'm not interested in these features myself, I enjoy the option and have often wished I'd had the sense to keep a record when I started out. Once in a while some one will ask me about a purchase on my credit card or something and there's no way I'd have the info at my figer tips. But I could have if I wanted to put the effort in, and it would save me a lot of effort if a transaction needed to be disputed or something.
