1Password will remember your Apple ID and log you into any Apple website for which you need your Apple ID, but 1Password won't be able to enter your Apple ID into the dialog box for iTunes, iBooks, FaceTime, Mail, Internet Accounts, etcetera. So I'd recommend making your Apple ID password something you can remember and type yourself, though still secure. So you can maybe compensate by making it longer but still use dictionary words, for instance.
