Hi all. My father, who is cited, has a two-year-old MacBook Pro, running Mountain lion I believe. It is the operating system that is before Mavericks. Starting about a week ago, he says that his screen jumps around. He is unable to control the mouse, it is as if the computer has a mind of its own. He says he cannot shut down the computer, by normal means. He manages to restart the computer, he has about 10 minutes before this thing starts acting up again. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated!
