Option command B brings up all your bookmarks. In the left rail you can navigate between the bookmark bar, menu and some other locations. Most of your bookmarks are probably in the bookmarks menu. If you interact with that and then navigate to the lower right split pane you should be able to scroll through all the bookmarks in your menu. Hitting delete on one of these will remove it.
