The menu button to the right of the paragraph style name in the table is once more inaccessible with VO. We have to go back to using Mouse keys to find the menu button. After clicking with ‘i’ or 5, turn Mouse keys off again and use down arrow to see the menu items. Select your action with Return. I’ve sent a bug report to Accessibility.
