Hi all, I am about to copy over my old iTunes library, but I have one more question. I've already synced my iPhone with iTunes a few times. Will this mess up any syncing moving forward, or restoring encrypted backups, or anything? Similarly, since I never use them, can I replace or get rid of the Mobile Applications folder in the old library?
