Hi. If you can't activate the link by pressing vo spacebar, you have to move out of the link, move the voiceover cursor to the link again until voiceover says "link" before it reads the link. Then you should be able to activate it by pressing vo spacebar. Sorry for my bad explanation. I hope it makes sense.
