I’m also having strange issues closing apps. this strange behaviour is not the same every time but I find that apps such as safari and even mail fail to close when I do the command q keystroke. sometimes when apps do close, they are a little slow in closing than they were in Mavericks. Is anyone else finding this to be the case?
