Hi,

Ahh, got it.  I seemed to be looking for those buttons when I was opening a 
conversation.  They don’t appear for me when opening a group of messages, only 
when I open a message that is alone.  Interesting though, that it took me that 
much work to find something that was bothering many.  I guess others must 
navigate Mail differently so that would be an annoyance to them.  I believe 
that it should be addressed and Apple should label those buttons, but it 
doesn’t and likely won’t affect me considering the style of navigation within 
Mail that I’m accustomed to.  Thanks for the info Cheryl.
