Hi I have a mid 2012 mbp with 8gb of ram and have vm running win7 pro but since the update my win 7 is very laggey and this has happened from the update I have done a disc clean up with no difference so any help please and I have not used a clean install since lion so do you all think I should do one and how would I move my vm and how thanks in advance
