Hi Pete, Welcome, and the other thing you can keep in mind is that you can also contact [email protected] for some information -- for example, as Ryan said, they provided some early copies of the Snow Leopard documentation before the official web site pages came out. Also, you can get the documentation in alternate formats, including, if you read American English Braille but don’t have an embosser, an embossed hardbound copy from Apple. They offered this for Tiger and Leopard, so I'm assuming this is something they can do for Snow Leopard. The number to call was 1-800-275-2273 and press 1. The fee is $29.99 and shipping is free worldwide. You need to specify the version you want (e.g. Snow Leopard, Leopard, Tiger).
