I upgraded, in fact, I completely reformatted my mac partition and installed
from scratch.

I am still able to boot up in windows 8.1 with no problems. The bootcamp
partition wasn’t altered in any way.

This book champ looks like a very interesting app. I note that it does not say
it works under Yosemite. Has anybody tried that? And, while I'm at it, are
there issues if you upgrade to Yosemite and you have a Boot Camp partition
running Windows 7? Thanks in advance for help.

Yes, there is an app called bootchamp. It sits on the extras menu.

Hi All,

Is there a faster way in the mac to switch back to the windows bootcamp side of my
computer? right now I go to sys prefs -> startup -> set the disk to bootcamp,
and hit rest art. In windows I can right-click the system trey icon for bootcamp and
hit reboot into mac os x. Does anyone know of any ways that I can speed up this
process?

Best,
