Hi. I'm really sorry to go of topic here, but I haven't received any mails from the Iphone list for a very long time, and since people are asking Iphone questions on this list, I hope it's okay to ask here...
I think I've heard all Iphone/ipod touch podcasts which has been made, but I still have some questions which doesn't seems to have ben answred. I might have missed something. Well, here are my questions: 1: What is the difference between the drack gesture and the flicking gesture? I know how the flicking gesture works. I've tried it in the gestures practise on a Iphone last week. I'm asking because I don't wanna drack icons around on the screen by accident. So how would I know when I'm just using the flicking gesture and when I'm dracking an icon? 2: How do I navigate in a listbox? For example if I wanna go through a list of mails in the mail application, how do I go through this list? Do I have to find the top of the list with my finger, then lift my finger from the screen, move it down a bit and then touch again to select the next mail in the list? Or can I just flick to the right? I assume all items like my mailboxes, buttons etc will be read if I flick to the right, so that's the reason for I'm asking on how to navigate in listboxes. 3: If I don't know where the icons and other items are physically placed on the screen, will the flicking gesture find all kind of items? Or do I have to search for items on the screen to make sure I've read all the information on the screen? I haven't got my Iphone yet, but I might get it next week.
