Hello Gigi, I’ve just tested this with the new version of Pages that was released this week so I know it works.
In the Table formatter, make sure that the Table Name check box is checked. Navigate to cell A1. Bring the mouse and turn on Mouse keys. Press the 8 key repeatedly until you hear A reference tab. Press the letter ‘i’ three times rapidly, turn Mouse keys off and type the new name of your table.
