Hi anders,

Since the upgrade to Yosemite, I have repeatedly encountered a situation where
I can't close iTunes. I go to close it, and get a dialog that it's syncing my
iPod. But the dialog never goes away until I force shut down my Mac. I think
that that situation is probably at the root of my problem. I just force shut
off the Mac last night, and am now running just fine, but I haven't reopened
itunes. I don't know if this info can help in your situation, but thought I'd
share just in case.
Best,
Donna
