My time zone is not adjusting to my new location. It's showing Santa
Clara, California as nearest city, which was true some weeks ago, but is
no longer true. Meanwhile, the actual time showing is UTC, even though
the TZ is listed as PST.

The Apple time server is set. I would happily change that to my own ntpd
server, but don't see how to do that.

I also don't see how to interact with the map to choose a city nearby,
as the prompts suggest.

What does one do to unclog such things? Accurate time on my computers is
important to me. Do I simply go to manual control? What's best in
situations like this.
